                            - Reduction of heat transmission and act like a barrier from outside to the water stored inside the tank.

           3^rd Layer  - Polyethylene Black Color

                            - Prevent fungus
                            - Prevent Bacterial Growth UV stabilized with food grade to be suitable for the storage of potable water
